In-sourcing

We offer in-sourcing of CRA's and Clinical Study Managers (CSM's) with all levels of experiences and competences. At aCROnordic Academy we ensure professional training and proper education of CRA's and CSM's as needed for our customers. Our trainees undergo a specialised training programme and are ceritifed before being in-sourced. 

In addition, our experienced team leaders work closely with the customer as well as in-sourced employees. Professional support, input, and coaching is provided through out the in-sourcing period in order to ensure optimal performance.
