Bo Feldt-Rasmussen is the past president of the Danish Society of Nephrology, has been a board member of the European Association of the Study of Diabetes (EASD), and chairman of the Postgraduate Education Sub-Committee of the EASD 2001 to 2006. He has published more than 130 scientific papers in international scientific journals and has received scientific awards. He has been involved in a number of multinational intervention studies as primary investigator, served as a member of advisory boards, and as a national coordinator.
