In-sourcing

We offer in-sourcing of CRA's with all levels of experiences and competences. At our CRA-Academy we ensure professional training and proper education of CRA's as needed for our customers. Our CRA trainees undergo a specialised training programme and are ceritifed before being in-sourced. 

In addition, our experienced team leader works closely with the customer as well as in-sourced employees. Professional support, input, and coaching is provided through out the in-sourcing period in order to ensure optimal performance.
