Karen Rysgaard joins aCROnordic

As of 01 June Karen Rysgaard, Msc Pharm has been appointed Director, Clinical Operations at aCROnordic.

Karen Rysgaard has fifteen years of experience in Clinical Operations and Drug Development from all parts of the pharmaceutical industry, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and contract research organisations. She comes to aCROnordic from Norma, where she was head of the Nordic and Baltic team.

Strengthening Clinical Operations in the Nordic Region

The appointment of Karen Rysgaard is part of a structural reorganisation. We aim to strengthen our Clinical Operations by collecting the Danish, Swedish, and Finnish organisations in the same reporting line.

- Our customers increasingly organise in regions. Karen will take on the responsibility of optimising our working routines and sharing best practices across borders in order for us to optimally meet the needs of our customers, says Claes Strøm, who has been appointed Executive Vice President.

As a result of the restructuring Claes Strøm has taken on the responsibility of Sales & Marketing. He will work closely with Palle Dahl, who has been appointed Sales Director.

Søren Strøh will continue in the role of CEO.
