Christina Mai Eriksen is a Team Leader, CRA. She joined aCROnordic in April 2007.

Christina Mai Eriksen is a Team Leader in Clinical Operations and has a team of five CRA’s. She has worked for many years in big pharma and medical device companies.   A key differentiator of working at aCROnordic compared to her previous positions is the agility of decision making. The process from idea to action is short and efficient.   - Colleagues are constantly returning from assignments outside with ideas for improving our working routines. It is fulfilling and encouraging that we can rapidly implement good ideas and benefit from sharing best practice, says Christina.   She finds that her most important role as a Team Leader is to act as a mentor and coach her team members:   - I personally experience a high level of respect and trust in the competences and expertise of employees here at aCROnordic, and I want to extend that within my own team.

Christina originally trained as a hospital medical secretary and was introduced to the pharmaceutical industry through a job as project assistant with a pharmaceutical company. Through more than 17 years in the industry she has gained extensive experience in clinical research and clinical operations for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
