Christina Mai Eriksen is a Team Leader in Clinical Operations and has a team of five CRA’s. She has worked for many years in big pharma and medical device companies.
A key differentiator of working at aCROnordic compared to her previous positions is the agility of decision making. The process from idea to action is short and efficient.
- Colleagues are constantly returning from assignments outside with ideas for improving our working routines. It is fulfilling and encouraging that we can rapidly implement good ideas and benefit from sharing best practice, says Christina.
She finds that her most important role as a Team Leader is to act as a mentor and coach her team members:
