She is dedicated around strengthening the project organisation, and nurturing the company mentality around interdisciplinary project management.

Pia joined the company in August 2008 and has previously worked in big pharmaceutical companies as well as in small biotech entities. She finds the transfer from Sponsor to

Contract Research Organisation a rewarding experience:

- I get to work with a wide range of therapeutic areas in aCROnordic and interact with a customer platform of manifold needs. This is both exciting and personally evolving.

Pia holds a Master in English, International Communication and Marketing. With a background in communication it was not at all written in the stars that she was going to have a career in life science.

- I find the pharmaceutical business exciting with lots of opportunities to grow personally and professionally, says Pia.

Over the years she has been building her competences and expertise in the medical and pharmaceutical areas theoretically as well as practically. Her communicative and English education has given a professional leap forward in driving projects in an international and intercultural environment.
