Optimal use of experience while extending and developing expertise

Henrik Skaksen is a CRA and EDC expert. He joined aCROnordic in August 2008.

Henrik Skaksen, Registered Nurse, is making optimal use of his extensive experience in clinical research, when working as a CRA and EDC expert in aCROnordic.   He went from one side of the table to the other, when he joined the company in August 2008. For nearly a decade Henrik was a clinical study nurse in oncology at a university hospital.   - My preferred way of working is based on flexibility, variation, and a high level of independency. I manage to get that as a CRA in aCROnordic, says Henrik.

Henrik’s practical approach to CRF’s and EDC enables him to put up systems that are optimal to all users. He has broad hands-on experience from numeral clinical trials and is able to share best practice from all the different systems he has worked with over the years.

- I extend my competences, while making use of my knowledge and experience with CRF’s and EDC. This allows me also to personally influence my job content, and that is very stimulating, says Henrik.
