Helle Rudbæk, RN, is a team leader in Clinical Operations. She joined aCROnordic April 2007

Helle has many years of experience with a big pharmaceutical company. When she moved to aCROnordic she was attracted to the pioneering spirit in this Danish and relatively small, but agile company:

- The routes of decision making are shorter in a smaller organisation. As a team leader is it important to know that you can influence decisions not only for yourself, but more so for your team members, says Helle.

It was important to Helle that her particular contribution to the company was recognised:

- I like the way my skills and experience were assessed and based on that the optimal tasks for me to work with at aCROnordic were decided upon. This is more flexible than just being fitted into a job description, and that way both parties make the most of each other, Helle says.
